Ingredients
4~5 PERSON
- 2lbs Chicken thighs
- Sauce:
- 1/3 cup
- Shoyu
- Sugar
- Sake/Cooking wine
- 2 TBS oyster sauce
- 1 inch Ginger paste
- 1/3 cup
Directions
- Open and even out the thickest part of the chicken and prick all over with a fork.
- Place in a oven-safe bowl, add sauce and rub well.
- Skin side down, place a microwave safe wrap or lid over the chicken, but be sure not putting it tightly, and cook in a 600W microwave oven for 6 min.
- Let it cool down then bite into bite size.
- Enjoy with ramen or rice, or maybe arepas or tacos!
