When you see Don; 丼, that’s a rice bowl with some main dish on the top of rice. This is with sweetened shoyu + fluffy egg on rice!

Ingredients

4~5 PERSON

  • 肉みそ: savory ground meat sauce
    • Ground meat 2 lbs
    • Garlic and Ginger
    • Green Onion 3 TBS
    • Sesame Oil 2 TBS
    • Miso 2 TBS
    • Shoyu 2 TBS
    • Mirin 2 TBS
    • Honey 1 TBS
  • Egg:
    • 3 eggs
    • Sugar 2 TBS
    • Mirin 2 TBS
  • Spinach:
    • 1 cup of Spinach
    • Shoyu 1 TBS
    • Dashi powder 1 TBS
  • RIce!
