Let’s make some Onigiri 🍙 Easy-Peasy ‘Yuzu’ squeezy! With canned-tuna, with Japanese flavor, you win!
Ingredients
4 PERSON
- Canned tuna
- 3 TBS Mayonnaise
- 2 TBS Shoyu (soy sauce)
- Black Pepper a pinch
- 3 cups of rice
Directions
- Oil or water, whichever canned-tuna of your choice! Open and put it in the bowl.
- Add the canned tuna to a bowl, mix in the mayonnaise and soy sauce. Feel free to adjust the mayo and soy sauce to your taste!
- Finish with a little black pepper — it really ties the flavors together.
- Eat with rice, or make onigiri with it!
tips
I sometime add Japanese dashi just a bit, it’ll be even more flavorful!
