- 3 medium size golden potatoes
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 strips of bacon
Directions
- Cut the bacon into thin strips and stir-fry in a pan.
- Cut the potatoes into thin, bite-sized pieces. Add to the pan when the bacon is about halfway cooked. Try not to stir too much — a little browning on the bacon and potatoes makes it extra delicious! 🤤
- Slice the onions and add to the pan when the bacon and potatoes are mostly cooked through.
