  • 1/2 Onion
  • 3 strips of bacon
  1. Cut the bacon into thin strips and stir-fry in a pan.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin, bite-sized pieces. Add to the pan when the bacon is about halfway cooked. Try not to stir too much — a little browning on the bacon and potatoes makes it extra delicious! 🤤
